Chris AlmvigChris Almvig

Chris became MGA’s Executive Director in July of 2007.   With over 35 years in the field of nonprofit aging and  health services, Chris has a master’s degree in Gerontological  Services Administration from the New School for Social Research in NYC and a Bachelors degree in psychology and sociology from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, MO.  Previous to working with the MGA, Chris was Director of Health Services for the St. Petersburg Free Clinic.

Anne StraderAnne Strader

Anne has worked in the for-profit world for many years and  for the last 20 years, she and her husband owned a small manufacturing company in North Kansas City. Originally from Toledo, OH, Anne is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.  Her husband, Milt, a former Hallmark  employee, was living with renal failure and seven years ago received a kidney from his sister in a very successful transplant after being on dialysis for a few years.  Both Milt and Anne are active in the activities of the National Kidney Foundation.
